Finally a proper date with the boy since my return from Maldives. A few minutes before meeting each other, I lied to him saying that I would be late, as an April Fools joke hahahahahahaha I'm so childish

Lunch at EWF @ Orchard Central, then watched G.I Joe @ Plaza Singapura, pool @ Cathay. I won!!!!!!! Okay because he fouled a couple of times. Astons. Ended off the day with my treat at Canele Patisserie Chocolaterie.

Left in the morning to Narita airport, Tokyo. MY FAVOURITE CITY IN ASIA!!!

18 hours flight: Les Miserables, Bacholorette, Diary of a Wimpy Kid, Pitch Perfect

Reached Los Angeles, checked in, and went straight to Disneyland Park for... 2 rides. Sucks to be in America during the Easter holiday. Waited for 90 minutes for the second ride.

Conquered the rest of the rides at Disneyland Park for the first half of the day and headed on to Disney California Adventure Park for the second half of the day. The rides are more thrilling there!

Went to the factory outlet store. What happens when a girl wasn't allowed to shop freely for 6 months, she spent $200 at the first store.

Finished off the rest of the rides at Disney California Adventure Park. It's really tiring to go to the theme parks 3 days in a row, with such long waiting time and the crowd, oh don't get me started on the crowd.

Walked around but didn't get anything because we were going to the factory outlet the following day. (turns out that the outlet wasn't up to expectations)

Buffet at The Mirage for dinner! Really good food and great spread! I was about to get my salad when this friendly stranger started talking to me. PEOPLE THERE ARE SO NICE!!! They make you feel so welcome and it gives me the warm and fuzzy feeling!!! ^-^

Our last stop was Caesars Palace. The only place with an Abercrombie and Fitch outlet. So we were waiting for Darth Vader when these 2 Pakistani guys who studied in America, decided to talk to me. They were nice and at least I was entertained and one can never get enough of someone with an American accent. It beats listening to someone with improper usage of English (cue fake coughing)

So we headed to the outlet store. It was so depressing :( the shops were so limited.

So we headed back to Caesar's Palace where I spent most of the money I had left. BECAUSE NO ONE TOLD ME THERE WAS GOING TO BE MORE SHOPPING AT SAN FRANCISCO!!!

8 April, Monday
Grand Canyon oh yeah!!! Eh I acted all smart thinking that it was some sort of a desert so I wore a sleeveless top.

Damn was I wrong. It was 5 degrees Celsius and there was a hail storm. IT WAS SO FUN! I was running and shouting, "THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST EXPERIENCES I'VE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!! I LOVE THIS!!!!" The hail was rather pain though, like thousands of sharpened pencils poking your skin.

After taking some tourist shots, we headed to the ranch for lunch.

Threading (I got tricked into spending $120).

Went to school then to SIM. Saw zq who was heading to work. Jogged. Purchased tickets for Phantom of the Opera. Productive day 2.

17 April, Wednesday
Got Limin and I tickets to The xx, sent transcript to remaining universities, went down to Maxwell Road to do the same, jogged. Productive day 3.

Today
Spent around $400 within 3 days. Tried to bake but failed and mom laughed and her frankness must effing maintain. She said, "If I did it, it would be a success." Then this pussy threw the batter that she spent one and a half hours on, and cried in her room. I hate failure. What's worse, a mom that made me feel a whole lot better.

Went for a job interview. Not so productive day. Not at all.

Zq couldn't make it for his morning shift so I took it. Which meant that I had to work for 12 hours straight on a public holiday. I think he could have taken the closing shift but whatever, he didn't offer to do so, big deal.

I've learnt to stop expecting things from him. It's fucking tiring. So I stopped caring about the amount of contentment that I've been trying to congregate from him. Just tolerate my temperamental and snobbish ways, and I'm happy enough.

American Club. I had the worst migraine of my life. I woke up in the middle of the night overwhelmed with pain and I really wanted to cry. I know I'm such a wuss but it felt as though my blood vessels were about to burst.

So during work, it got worse. I was so afraid that I would blank out. But I didn't. And I can't believe I managed to muster enough strength to meet Fel afterwards.

+ I've kept the correcting of people's grammar, spelling and pronunciation to a minimal (or at least I try. But honestly, can you not use a past tense if there is a 'did' in the sentence)
+ When I was young, I used to show off to my cousins about all the things I get from my dad. Aren't I working for my stuff now? Do you see me shoving my stuff to peoples' faces now?
+ I used to bitch about a lot of people on my blog. Now I only do it because I really need to have it noted down somewhere
+ I used to judge people who listen to mainstream music. I still do but I don't go, "eeeeee" now. Now I just shut up and sing along to Bieber/TSwift with them.
+ I don't really tweet. I'm afraid it might turn out to be some some crude statement or comment about someone or something. I refrain myself from complaining/bragging about something, but it's hard given my snobbish personality
+ I don't think it's pride that's stopping me from talking to Raiyan anymore. It's more of fear. Fear of rejection, fear of how I'm going to do it to make it work. I love him and I always will. I'm very grateful for everything that he has done for me; cooking when the parents are gone, helping me with stuff (He said to Darth Vader, "If Sherina told me she was going for the SIA interview, I could have helped her get through to the second round.". Although it was rude of him to ignore my presence, because I was just beside him, thanks bro)

I need to be a better person. And I'm improving, slowly but surely. I just need time. (cue Better Girl by Best Coast)

Today

Main wedding. All I did was eat and wait for time to pass. I was really exasperated because it was so hot and I don't get why Malays don't break the tradition of holding their weddings under the void deck. (it seems very cheap eh) I know they're trying to maximise the amount of guests they can invite but maintain eh. It's really very hot and loud, I cannot tank.

So I was perspiring, and perspiring, and perspiring like never before. What provoked me was when I found out that Darth Vader has sent the boys home. I was honestly so bored (and my claustrophobia didn't help at all) there that I really wanted to cry. Since I have anger management issues, I walked up to the last floor (okay, 9th was the highest) and sat there, reading my e-book, trying to calm myself down. Then I discreetly stole my mom's EZ link card and went home without telling anyone. Pew pew pew runaway bridesmaid on the loose!

But technically, I wasn't really needed there since her friends were with her everywhere she went.

And I do not like to feel obligated to get stuff for people when they didn't offer to do the same when they travel. Like what do you expect bro, have some dignity. That's why I haven't told people that I'm leaving sneaky sneaky

It was nice to have the boy's company earlier on, though it was a short while. I don't know, walao I'm just bored and hungry now la so I'm typing nonsense ciao
